HOW TO USE

1. With clean hands, twist and turn to tear the protective foil of the tampon and unwrap it.
2. Unwind the cord from around the tampon.
3. Relax and use your index finger to push the tampon into the vagina at an angle pointing towards your tailbone.
4. Pull the string slowly diagonally downwards to remove the tampon. Place into a Tampon Disposal Bag and throw in the bin.
