HOW TO USE

1. Peel of the adhesive strip on the lower side of the panty liner.
2. Paste the panty liner on the inside of your underwear.
3. After 6 – 8 hours or when you need to change, remove the used panty liner.
4. Place in a Sirona Sanitary Disposal Bag and throw it in the bin. Do not flush.
