HOW TO USE

1. Ensure that your hands are clean before you begin
2. Remove the panty liner from its cover.
3. With the sticky side down, secure the panty liner to the centre of your underwear.
4. Peel off the used panty liner, place it in Sanitary Disposal Bag and throw in the bin. Do not flush.
